Trinity Scottish Country Dance Club

Trinity SCD Club meets on certain Saturdays starting on 26 September 2009 and finishing on 8 May 2010.

Our programmes are a mixture of dances, old and new, easy and more complicated. We aim to cater for experienced dancers keen to dance to live music, but also welcome relative newcomers.
All dances are recapped and new or demanding dances are walked. So if you have been attending classes and are now keen to put all the hard work into practice and enjoy the fun of social dancing why not come along and see what Trinity has to offer?

Individual dance programmes can be obtained in advance from the secretary, John Anderton, telephone 0131 447165 or email john.anderton4@btinternet.com

We normally meet at Edinburgh Academy Junior School in Arboretum Road at 1930.

Admission prices: Members £6; non-members £8

Our first event this season is our customary Teach-In on 26th September where Bob Grant will teach the dances from “5 Dances 2009”, plus some other dances chosen by him and the programme committee.  The musician will be Gary Donaldson.
