Notes on finding the entrance
The entrance to Greyfriars is via a short lane (Greyfriars Place) off the top of Candlemaker Row where it joins George IV Bridge and Forrest Road. It is opposite the Greyfriars Bobby statue at the top of Candlemaker Row.
Going through the gates of the Kirkyard, walk along the right hand side of the building to find the entrance doors.
Accessibility (for spectators)
The building is on the ground floor, as are all facilities.
Nearby bus routes
Lothian Buses 23, 27, 41 and 42 all stop on George IV Bridge – just a short walk across the road from the entrance to the Kirkyard. Going in the other direction (from the south of Edinburgh), the same services stop on Forest Road.

Car parking
The adjacent streets provide some on-street parking, usually metered during the day. Consider Chambers Street and nearby streets including Grassmarket and Cowgate
